We propose you support contracts in order to efficiently and proactively manage your infrastructure, but also to be able to assist you in the best possible conditions.

We do this both remotely and on site. Some tasks will nevertheless have to be carried out on site, inevitably, but remote control changed a lot these years and became very efficient.

Additionally, we also organize ad-hoc trainings as Microsoft certified trainers (MCTs), but also custom ones that fit to your environment. It can be remote or on-site courses, simple assistance, according to your needs.

We therefore prepare together a tailor-made training program within your company, based on your infrastructure and your existing tools. We will also discover your technical issues, but this will make the training more flexible and profitable for you in the end.
